Vision

At Oxford Crescent School, we promote a strong sense of pride and belonging through the concept of Whānaungatanga. We develop active learners who are confidently prepared for their future. We build resilient, articulate lifelong learners through innovative, authentic learning experiences. Our learners are engaged and motivated to think critically, creatively and in collaboration with others. We celebrate diversity through accepting and understanding our community and demonstrating respectful and positive relationships. We value the reciprocal partnership with whānau to support the growth of our learners.

Values

We value collaborative learning environments, which cater to each student’s needs and ensures they are empowered to develop personal agency and the ability to manage their learning.

Identity

We will recognise and celebrate New Zealand’s cultural diversity and Māori culture and provide learning opportunities in tikanga Māori and Te Reo Maori.
