NEWSLETTERS
Parents and caregivers are kept informed of school activities by newsletters from both the school and the syndicate (usually published on Wednesdays) or by special notices when necessary.

APPOINTMENTS
Parents/caregivers are encouraged to contact the class teacher whenever an issue arises. Appointments can be made either directly with the teacher concerned or by contacting the school office who will pass your request for an interview on to the teacher.

If the problem or concern escalates we request that you contact the Syndicate Leader before the Principal. This is to ensure that all relevant information is shared with the people concerned as quickly as possible.
